Can't scan a barcode?
Barcodes in the real world are tough, they can get scratched, damaged or not scan in dark conditions. We've all been there trying to get that barcode or QR code to scan, moving the phone in and out, up and down, trying to get the scanner to pick it up.
This can be frustrating when you're trying to run a stock take, and time consuming for the team.
We would always recommend using barcodes first and foremost, as they are the quickest and most accurate way to scan items.
But if you're having trouble scanning a barcode, you can always manually search the barcode, SKU or product name.
